In the late eighties I started creating websites and in early nineties started to grant awards, initially without much organization. On June 10, 2002 I created my first Award Program, that would be rated: Poetic Soul Award Program.

          On this site I present all my works in this area, from a rating service to a single not rated award. I never give up of the not rated awards, they are important to a lot of people wordwide. Welcome and come back often!
